Use of funds

Greenhouse structures (50%), drip irrigation and water storage (20%), seedlings and inputs (20%), working capital (10%).

Verified monthly net income from produce sales after costs and the disclosed fee, split between investors in proportion to the principal each one funded.

No return is promised. Distributions are paid only from verified results, after the disclosed 12.00% management fee. If the business makes a loss, nothing is distributed.
