Pen construction (30%), point-of-lay birds (35%), feed and vaccines (30%), equipment (5%).

Verified monthly net egg-sale income from the new flock after costs and the disclosed fee, split between investors in proportion to the principal each one funded.

No return is promised. Distributions are paid only from verified results, after the disclosed 12.00% management fee. If the business makes a loss, nothing is distributed.
