When you get your money back automatically
If a network can't deliver a bundle, the full amount goes back to your wallet straight away. You don't need to ask.
Delivered bundles
If a bundle was confirmed delivered but the recipient didn't receive it, open a support request within 7 days. We check with the network. If the network confirms it wasn't received, we refund your wallet.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go to your wallet. You can withdraw your wallet balance at any time, subject to the Payment Policy.
